Denne endemiske art fra Sumatra er en af de mest bizarre arter. De nedre kander skiller sig ikke så meget ud, andet de er helt grønne. Men de øvre kander, der dannes som arten klatrer, er helt unikke. De har slet intet peristom (læben rundt langs kanten af kanden). Yderligere er de øvre kander papirstynde helt grønne med en stor åbning og en noget usædvanligt låg. Se eventuelt wikipedia. Arten lever ret højt mellem 1500 og 2600 meters højde og er derfor lidt sårbar overfor høje temperaturer. En god nattesænkning er næsten et must. Der findes en del variationer, der oftest er navngivet i forhold til deres lokalitet.
