California poppy (postcard)
Write a beautiful personal card with one of these seed cards, which will bring joy by later blooming at home. The illustration is printed on handmade, cream-colored recycled paper embedded with wildflower seeds. A beautiful, sturdy envelope made of recycled paper is, of course, included.
California poppy (Eschscholzia californica) is sometimes also known as the cup of gold, and it’s easy to see why. It is a perennial plant, but we often grow them as annuals, sowing new ones each year.
To plant the seed card, cover it with 3 mm of soil, place it in the sun, and keep it moist until the seeds have sprouted. Then it is just time to enjoy one of the world's small miracles by watching these sprouts develop into flowers.
