Creeping fig (Ficus pumila "variegata")

• Latin name: Ficus pumila
• Danish names: Hængefigen, almindelig hængefigen, krybende figen

• English names: Creeping fig, climbing fig

• Variety: Variegata

Creeping fig (Ficus pumila) is probably one of the most common terrarium plants. It performs incredibly well in both forest terrariums and rainforest terrariums, where it will creep along the ground or climb up the sides. This is a variety with white markings. It requires a bit more light than the regular green creeping fig for the white markings to stand out.

There is also a green variety without the white markings: Ficus pumila
