Alice sundew (Drosera aliciae)

CAN TOLERATE LIGHT FROST

• Latin name: Drosera aliciae
• Danish names: Alice soldug, Soldug
• English names: Sundew, Alice sundew

Drosera aliciae originates, like Drosera capensis, from South Africa. It is an easy sundew and therefore a good beginner plant. The plant forms fine rosettes of leaves that can grow up to 5 cm in diameter. The more sun it gets, the redder the leaves will become and a great deal of "dew" will form. The flowers are very pretty and small.

- REMEMBER the right soil: Carnivorous plant soil.
